As cyclists, we have a demand for more healthy carbohydrates, so we increase the amount of quinoa in this recipe to fuel and/or recover. Sometimes I will add a little vanilla whey protein powder or mix it up and add some cacao powder. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
