The Break-Away Club

The Break-Away Club is a self-paced and ultra-flexible cycling program for cyclists at any level.  The tools for improvement  are provided and you fit it into your schedule!

How Does The Break-Away Club Work?

The Break-Away Club by Sustainable Endurance Coaching is the culmination of Coach Al’s extensive coaching experience and strategic workouts, in an ultra-flexible plan that can fit into any cycling athlete’s busy schedule.  The Break-Away Club is a self-paced and self-scheduled cycling program for cyclists with access to online training sessions with Coach Al. 

It's simple!  Choose one or two workouts per month and join Coach Al for any of the online cycling sessions via Zoom.  Or, do the workouts on your own outdoors or on an indoor trainer.  Complete the strength workout as many times as you would like during your week.  You incorporate the training plan into a schedule that works best for you!

( Break-Away club is charged on a recurring monthly basis at the beginning of the month, 2 week written notice is required for cancellation)
