Group Strength Classes
Tuesday - 6pm to 7pm
Thursday - 4pm to 5pm
Cost: $20.00 per class
Group strength classes focus on movement, mobility, balance and strength building. Develop form and efficiency for next year's cycling events, and have fun! This class is also a great way to improve overall fitness. Space is limited to four participants per class. No package commitment, register for only the classes you want!
