Whoop posted another great podcast with guest Dr. Hazel Wallace. Dr. Wallace discusses "the keys to strong habit formation, the critical role good nutrition plays in your health and wellbeing, and some of the signs to monitor each day to understand if you’re optimizing your nutrition."
We really liked Dr. Wallace's encouragement about good habit formation and how daily nutrition and sports nutrition is very individualized. There is not a perfect "diet" for everyone according to research. She also talked about how "what we do repeatedly shapes the person who you want to be.” Take a listen and we hope you enjoy it also.
