Today we are sharing a recipe from "The Game Changers movie, a documentary about meat, protein and strength." We watched this documentary and thoroughly enjoyed it. We eat some meat each week, but feel great when we consume the majority of our protein from plant based sources. We definitely believe in eating whole, real food with as little processed food as possible. However, balance is important and time constrictions encourage us to relax and simply make the best food choices we can. Yes, I am totally making excuses for our yummy Silver Hills' sprouted bagel addiction!
We encourage you to take a look at the documentary if you are interested, but I really like all the recipes. We make this meatless meatloaf frequently, and enjoy it with baked sweet potatoes. We usually bring it with us during a race weekend for snacks as well!
Please remember that the information and views in the move "Game Changer" are not necessarily the views of Sustainable Endurance Coaching. The movie suggestion is simply a resource for plant-based eating.
