We really enjoyed listening to Dr. Means discuss chronic disease, inflammation, glucose spikes, metabolic health, and recovery. Dr. Casey Means does discuss some components and benefits of the Ketogenic diet. However, science shows a diet rich in healthy carbohydrates is best for endurance athletes.
